Fuelcard benefits and administration
The Silvey range of local, national and international fuel cards
will help your company save money and keep costs under control. They can
be used just in the local area, across the whole of the UK, or right the
way across Europe.
The Silvey Fuelcards:
- Saves Mileage - we issue cards for 3 national networks with
over 2000 sites. There's bound to be one near you!
- Decreases administration - no cash to account for and all
your fuel drawings on one weekly invoice totalised for each card -
and none of those curly till receipts to file!
- Improves security - know exactly what's been spent and where. Use Silvey 'Smart' cards and actually control how much fuel can be collected and when it can be collected by individual card!
- Increases your purchasing power - instead of having to give
your drivers lots of cash, keep it in the bank and give them one of
our fuelcards where, subject to status, we can give between 7 &
28 days free credit!
We have conveniently positioned service stations, ideal for the routes
that you travel. In addition, we provide clear, timely reports, to help
improve management information. Our magnetic card will only buy petrol,
diesel, gas oil, and lubricants - making fraud difficult. Where security is a key issue, for a restricted network of sites, we are now able to supply Smart cards (embedded with a microchip instead of the usual magnetic stripe) which can be programmed
to individual requirements e.g. litres/day, litres/week, days of week
which card can be used etc.
